PRECAST MANHOLE CONCRETE / REINFORCED CONCRETE REDUCING TAPERS.
They are used to ease the access and to permit airing and ventilation of sewerages or waste systems; they are designed for the construction of manholes of up to 6 m depth in lawns, on streets and roads.
1. Design
The use of the precast elements for precast manholes at each site should be according to an investment project, developed and approved in the respective legal manner, while observing the technical construction norms and the current harmonized European and Bulgarian standards.
2. Fitting
The fitting of these elements is mechanical. Two hooks are provided for this purpose, and after the fitting, they are cut out. The joint grouting shall be done according to the manhole investment project.
3. Use and maintenance
The precast elements for precast manholes do not require special maintenance, when the utilization conditions are the normal conditions for their intended use.

REINFORCED CONCRETE ELEMENTS FOR PRECAST MANHOLES – RINGS
The reinforced concrete/concrete ring is designed for manholes with 6 m depth for lawns, streets and roads.
1. Design
The use of the elements for manholes shall be performed at each specific site according to an investment project, developed and approved in the respective legal manner, while observing the current technical construction norms and the current harmonized European and Bulgarian standards.
2. Fitting
The fitting of these products is mechanized. Two anchors are provided for these elements, which are cut after the fitting. The grouting of gaps between the elements shall be done according to the manhole investment project.
3. Use and maintenance
There are no special maintenance requirements for the reinforced concrete/concrete elements.

2. Fitting
The fitting of these elements is done mechanically. Two hooks are provided for this purpose, and after the fitting, they are cut out. The joint grouting shall be done according to the manhole investment project. When fitting into road constructions, the lower part of the roof slab ring shall be fit into a reinforced concrete cone. The roof slab could be fitted on a reinforced concrete ring when fitted in lawns.

The reinforced concrete elements for precast manholes do not require special maintenance.

The A-15 type is designed to be fitted in parks, gardens, lawns, walkways and bicycle alleys.

The use of the precast elements for precast manholes at each site should be according to an investment project, developed and approved in the respective legal manner, while observing the technical construction norms and the current harmonized European and Bulgarian standards. The designer is responsible for choosing the most suitable class of covers. In case of doubts, it would be better to choose the higher class.

The fitting of these elements is done mechanically by two workers.

The precast elements for precast manholes do not require special maintenance, when the utilization conditions are the normal conditions for their intended use.

REINFORCED CONCRETE GRATES FOR DRAIN SHAFTS 370 x 370 x 80 mm
1. Design: The use of the reinforced concrete grates for drain shafts at each specific site is performed according to an investment project, developed and approved in the respective legal manner, while observing the current technical construction norms and the current technical approval.
2. Fitting: The reinforced concrete grates shall be fit in such a manner that their ribs shall be perpendicular to the roadway axis. The grate shall fit tightly into the frame. The clearance between them shall not exceed 5 mm. Two or more grates could be fitted one next to the other in case there is a suitable frame. The fitting is performed manually. If the element weight is 50 kg, the fitting shall be mechanized.
3. Use and maintenance: The life of the reinforced concrete grates is 10 years and no special maintenance is required.
